Brand Sentinel is a trading style of NPS Ltd based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The current owners purchased the business in 1997 although the company’s roots go back to 1971. Since ‘97 turnover has quadrupled, and the business is now located in a 6000 sq ft factory/warehouse unit just outside the city of Newcastle.
Over the year’s technology has influenced the print world like never before and NPS invested heavily in web based purchasing systems to give multi-site users the ability to release the adaptation of corporate designs to their users using our innovative Brand Sentinel® software.
This dedicated Brand Sentinel site demonstrates that NPS doesn’t consider Brand Sentinel as just another offering, its sophistication, and our experience built up over 20 years makes this service led business a leader in the field of multi-site provision.
Our main client base lies within Care Homes and Utility Services and amongst our clients we include the Caring Homes Group Ltd and G4S Utility Services Ltd. Caring Homes have more than 140 separate trading locations across two distinct brands all requiring corporate print and promotional items personalised to their own location. G4S have over 200 users ordering from a wide and complex list of print and business related items.
Both clients required a sophisticated web based ordering portal with a heavy emphasis on budgetary control, personalisation and management approval routines.
Between them they have more than 350 registered users all with access to their own secure portal ordering both sophisticated personalised items and static stock items for pick and pack and delivery from our warehouse to multiple destinations around the UK
